The machine offers you 10 built-in stitches, including multiple stitch functions like hem, satin, straight and elastic. It has an automatic 4-step buttonholer. A lever is present, which allows reverse operation. As with other models the LS2125i features snap-on presser feet for easy installation and removal, as well as a quick bobbin wind and a tension dial.

This is not a heavy duty machine, and is essentially for the hobbyist. It is great for small tasks and lighter fabrics, although it handles denim quite well.
Straight out of the box, setup is fairly easy and the manual does a good job of explaining things, although if you’re a complete newbie you may wish to have someone with experience of threading and setting up sewing machines present.
One thing you need to pay special attention to is the tension as the thread is prone to getting tangled. If you’re fairly experienced with sewing machines this shouldn’t be a problem. The foot pedal can be a little hard to control and will take some practice to get to grips with. It is especially prone to starting out too fast.
